This document is published in accordance with Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require publishing the rules, regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of the domain https://keosnap.in ("Website"), including any mobile site or application (collectively, "Platform").

C. The Platform is owned and operated by KeoSnap Photo Booth, with registered office at A-1/11 Prashant Vihar (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our").

D. Your use of the Platform, services, and tools is governed by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms of Use"), including applicable policies incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you are entering into a binding agreement with the Platform Owner. Any conflicting terms proposed by you are expressly rejected. Terms of Use

9. Booking a service constitutes a legally binding contract with the Platform Owner.
10. You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, damages, or penalties arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.
11. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, business, data, or other economic interests, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services or Rs. 100, whichever is lower.
12. Force majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control.
13. These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India.
14. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
